Raymond (“Ray”) Marshall, one of the founding members of Chason, Rosner, Leary & Marshall LLC, is a member of the Maryland, Virginia and District of Columbia state bar associations. His career began as a Law Clerk to the now retired Honorable Ellen M. Heller, Administrative Judge, Circuit Court for Baltimore City, where his experience with product liability and lead paint cases led to the development of a practice in the areas of personal injury litigation, particularly in the toxic tort arena. Prior to forming Chason, Rosner, Leary & Marshall LLC, Ray was a partner at the law firm of Whiteford, Taylor & Preston LLP, where he pursued his interest in actions involving Methyl tert-butyl ether (“MTBE”), mold, fuel spills, and lead paint, along with business litigation and insurance disputes. After spending numerous years honing his advocacy skills, Ray is involved in a broad range of litigation matters. He has extensive experience practicing before the state, federal and appellate courts of Maryland.

Ray is a member of the Board of Directors for the Maryland Disability Law Center, a non-profit organization that works to ensure equal access for persons with disabilities throughout the state of Maryland. He also volunteers as a basketball and baseball coach with the Towson Recreation Council.
