Raymond “Ray” Marshall, one of the founding members of Chason, Rosner, Leary & Marshall LLC,
is a member of the Maryland, Virginia and District of Columbia state bar associations. His career
began as a Law Clerk to the now retired Honorable Ellen M. Heller, Administrative Judge, Circuit

the development of a practice in the areas of personal injury litigation, particularly in toxic torts.
Prior to forming Chason, Rosner, Leary & Marshall LLC, Ray was a partner at the law firm of
Whiteford, Taylor & Preston LLP, where he pursued his interest in actions involving Methyl

insurance disputes. After spending numerous years honing his advocacy skills, Ray is involved
in a broad range of litigation matters. He has extensive experience practicing before the state,
federal and appellate courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Ray served for six years on the Board of Directors, including one year as Vice President, for the Maryland Disability Law Center, a non-profit organization that works to ensure equal access for persons with disabilities throughout the state of Maryland.
